Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Ennahda MP Meherzia Labidi denounced the disruption of parliamentary sessions in general , especially today on the proceedings of the parliamentary day devoted to the launching of the process of drawing up and implementing the national strategy for good governance and fight against corruption for the period 2021-2025.
She said it is no longer a quarrel between two parliamentary blocs because guests from the UGTT, UTICA, UTAP and others were present.
Describing the PDL bloc an “anarchist,” Labidi told that it is one thing to boycott sessions or develop motions of censorship, but that the continued disruption of the work of parliament was unacceptable and illegal.
She also alleged to have been “pushed” by a member of the PDL, which in turn led her to “shout the slogans against the PDL”. “The Free Déstourien block is the bloc of terrorism, the bloc of corruption,” she repeated.
Labidi also said that with the help of civil society, PDL MPs were kicked out of the room.
