Reaffirming its position, Heart of Tunisia submitted a proposal to prime minster designate Habib Jemli to form a government based on competencies and not partisan quotas, said Heart of Tunisia deputy Oussema Khlifi in a declaration to Tunisie Numérique.
Commenting on his party potential participation in governmental consultations, he stressed his party believe in instuitions, indicating the need for prime minister-designate Habib Jemli to clarify the situation and give a detailed insight on parties that will participate in the next goverment.
