Tunisia-[Video] PM Mechichi:Good governance, transparency and fight against corruption are a priority

Prime minister Hichem Mechich paid a visit today the Ministry of Equipment, Housing and Infrastructure to take part in the ISO 9001 quality management certificate ceremony.
PM Mechichi reported that this visit is part of the improvement of the efforts made by officials and executives of the ministry, especially in terms of good governance within administrations. He further asserted that the ministry in question is the first in Africa to obtain a quality certificate.
According to him, this proves that the administrative reformation process is on the right path. “Good governance, transparency and the fight against corruption are a priority,” he stated.
The PM further pointed out that 1,700 million dinars were earmarked this year to the Ministry of Equipment, the highest budget opposed to previous years and this, because of the significance of this institution in the development process.
