Medical and paramedical personnel from Jendouba hospital, where a young resident doctor passed away after he slipped into an elevator, assembled outside the facility on Friday, protesting the tragic accident.
The demonstrators denounced the authorities of negligence, holding responsible for the death and the decline of working conditions and lack of equipment in the health facility.
They shouted the slogan of “Get out” at regional and government officials for such negligence in management.
