It was with recycled scrap that Karim Arfa, a young man, aged 35, was capable to produce protective barriers for manholes. He set up the first barriers in El-Mourouj, where he lives.
This is not his first voluntary movement, the latter has distinctly designed benches for patients in the courtyard of health establishments and provided cabinets in school environments.
The dedicated artist has another project in the works, he desires to build a bridge that leads to the school, where the student, Maha Gadhghadhi, died in Jendouba.
