Ennahdha MP Yamina Zoghlami announced today that her party will not vote in favour of this new government proposed by prime minister Hichem Mechichi unless the latter resolves to forsake ministers who are the subject of suspected corruption or conflicts of interest.
She called on the PM to make the required changes before the confidence vote session. Zoghlami, nevertheless, felt that the head of government is not responsible for the choice of these ministers who were in fact recommended by certain political parties.
