The organization of young Tunisian doctors declared mourning on Friday, December 4, in a press release, after the death of their colleague Badreddien Aloui.
The organization additionally declared a nationwide general strike of interns and residents with the halt of hospital activities. A demonstration is projected in front of the faculty of medicine from 10 a.m.
The same organization stated that this decision will be followed by several other forms of challenges to guarantee that everyone takes responsibility and that the necessary steps are taken to ensure a safe public hospital.
