Travel from the European Union to the United Kingdom has been banned until midnight tomorrow, a correspondent for the ITV News said on Monday.
The decision arises amid the appearance of a new, more infectious strain of coronavirus . Nevertheless , trucks and lorries will be exempted from the ban, the journalist stated.
