With no gas ban, Russia will continue with crimes – Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged on Tuesday the European Union to introduce a comprehensive ban on imports of Russia’s natural gas.

With no ban on gas imports, nothing stands in Russia’s way to continue committing “war crimes” in Ukraine, Zelensky said.

When the date for ending gas imports from Russia has been set, “only then the Russian government will understand it needs to look for peace,” he asserted in an address to the Lithuanian parliament.
