Despite the strict and unprecedented measures inflicted by the Israeli occupation forces on the city of Al Quds, tens of thousands of Palestinian citizens performed the last Friday prayer of the holy month of Ramadan at the Al Quds Mosque. The Islamic Endowments Department of the holy city reported that 120,000 worshipers partook in this prayer.
Israeli forces set iron barriers in neighbourhoods of the Old City, attacked young Palestinians going to the mosque for Friday prayers and blocked the passage of vehicles and motorcycles coming from the Wadi Al-Jooz neighbourhood.
