Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in his latest video address said Russian forces launched 28 missiles at the country in their second wave of attacks.
The leader noted that 20 projectiles were successfully shot down and that the country’s forces also grounded 15 drones, most of which were Iranian combat drones.
“If it wasn’t for today’s strikes, we would have already restored the energy supply, water supply and communications that the terrorists damaged yesterday,” Zelensky said, adding that Moscow’s only achievement will be “delaying Ukraine’s recovery a little.”
