The Independent Higher Authority for the Elections (ISIE) and the faculty of law in SFAX signed a cooperation agreement in the area of elections and promotion of democracy in the ISIE headquarters.
The agreement was inked by ISIE President Nabil Baffoun and the Dean of the Faculty of Law Khalil Fendri.
