The National Anti-Corruption Authority (INLUCC), President Chawki Tabib denied during a hearing that prime minister Elyes Fakhfakh submitted details on his company transactions with the state nor the authority not conducting detailed auditing or even hiding data.
During a hearing in front of the Administrative Reform, Good Governance, Anti-Corruption, he said that the PM declared his contribution in five companies b giving percentages of them.
He stressed that Fakhfakh is required to notify the INLUCC with a detailed report on these companies transactions with the state. He further pointed out that the PM didn’t notify them on procedures to Transfer these contribution .
