The democratic current will probably propose Mohamed Abbou and Ghazi Chaouachi as candidates for the post of Prime minister, President of the democratic current bloc Hichem Ajbouni asserted.
The party National Council will put this file at the discussion table in its meeting tomorrow, Sunday, he added.
On the other hand, the MP deemed that “it is in the interest of the country that the Ennahda movement remains in opposition,” noting that the Democratic Current and Echaab agree on this evaluation, and they will work to be within the next ruling coalition.
He pointed out that the party nominate to lead the government will determine whether Qalb Tounes will join the ruling government or reman outside, Ajbouni didn’t display in his comments any objections on the possibility for Qalb Tounes to be part of the government
