The Zarzis navy unit, on Tuesday (August 18th), succeeded in stopping an illegal immigration operation after locating a boat carrying 15 aged 20 to 28 people from the governorate of Medenine.
The aforementioned unit took them to the port of Zarzis, and they were handed over to the Maritime Center for further investigation and legal action.
