A further 1.297 people tested positive for coronavirus after 4.237 tests were performed on October 10, the Health Ministry announced on Sunday Night. This takes total contamination numbers to 32.556.
22 more COVID-19 fatalities were recorded, bringing the death toll to 478 the Ministry further said.
704 patients are currently hospitalised, including 138 in intensive care and 65 on life support.
