After the cases of spoiled seeds, sorghum and imported waste, here is another case of corruption that will surely shake matters.
The chairman of the parliamentary committee on agriculture, Moez Belhaj Rhouma wrote on his Facebook page that a quantity of carcinogenic rice has been imported into Tunisia.
He revealed that these quantities were imported at La Goulette port on two consignments, on January 1st and 25th. He added that he notified Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi of the corruption case, stating he is still awaiting his answer.
