Attorney and former president of the National Authority against Corruption (INLUCC), dismissed being banned from travelling on July 28, 2021. Speaking to Mosaique FM, Tabib revealed that he did not appear before the economic and financial judicial pole.
The lawyer disclosed that he will be heard by the investigating judge and that he has not been charged. “Many complaints are filed daily and concerning known people. As far as I’m involved, this is not the first complaint and it was filed over a year ago, ”he continued.
“I have been verbally and physically attacked many times. Many smear campaigns have targeted me. I got used to it because no serious inquiry has taken place in this matter, ”he added.
He considered that the body worked correctly when he was its president and that he did not submit to lobbying pressure. “I could have shied away from my duties. I paid the price afterwards, ”he said.
