12 COVID-19 deaths and 1,073 infections were logged on February 20 from 6,161 tests (17.42% positivity rate), taking the caseload to 988,329 and death toll to 27,512, the Health Ministry said.
The number of recoveries rose by 5,096, hitting 930,260.
