After the silver medal won by Ikram Dhahri (-49 kg), Tunisian Chaima Toumi, presented Tunisia with the first gold medal of the African Championships which are currently taking place in Ivory Coast, in the category of less than 57 kg.
Gold is still anticipated this Monday with the entry into the running of world athletes Khalil Jendoubi (63 kg), Moataz Iffaoui (-87 kg), Jasser Laaouini (-74 kg) and Abdallah Amri (-54 kg).
