TN Sport has learned that the CAS officially refused this Friday the appeal of the Cfricain Club against the decision of the FTF Appeal Commission, rejecting the evocation of the club members against the presence of the president of CS Chebba during the match between both clubs during the penultimate season.

Following this rejection of the appeal, the club directorate will be forced to pay legal costs of around 3,000 Swiss francs (10,000 Dt), in favour of the Chebbian committee.
