ActionAid recently noted that Gaza is becoming a graveyard for women and girls.
“At least 70% of the more than 34,000 Palestinians killed over the past six and a half months were women and children. Nowhere in Gaza is safe from demise and destruction. At least 18 children were killed in airstrikes on Rafah this weekend, according to reports, along with a pregnant woman, whose physicians managed to save their baby with an emergency caesarean section,” ActionAid said in its latest press release.
