Danish football player Christian Eriksen is “awake and his condition remains stable,” the Danish Football Union revealed on Saturday.
Eriksen collapsed during the first half of the UEFA European Football Championship match against Finland, was resuscitated at one point and subsequently hospitalized.
“Following the request made by players of both teams, UEFA has agreed to restart the match between Denmark and Finland tonight at 20:30 CET,” European football’s top governing body announced.
