Egyptian Health authorities in the province of Sohag have declared the death of the first patient suspected of suffering from “black fungus” disease. She was hospitalized for COVID-19, she began to develop black lesions on her nose.
The authorities have announced that they are preparing dedicated hospital rooms to isolate possible patients with this disease.
