The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on its account on the X network that it had been notified by the Israeli authorities that the French Institute in Gaza had been targeted by an Israeli strike.
“We have requested the Israeli authorities to communicate to us without delay by the appropriate means the tangible elements which motivated this decision. No agent of the institute, nor any French national was on the premises of the institute,” specified the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
