Hamas fighters freed 13 Israeli hostages, one Russian, at Putin’s request, and three Thais. They entrusted them to members of the Red Cross, who took them across the Rafah crossing, with a view to delivering them to the Israeli authorities, who, in return, released 39 Palestinian detainees, most of them women and minors.
