Libya:Dabaiba announces launch of construction and reconstruction process in all regions and fields

Government of National Unity Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dabaiba participated in the graduation ceremony of the first batch of the Command and Staff College of the General Staff at the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies.

The Prime Minister was welcomed by the Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Mohammad Al-Haddad, the Director of the Libyan Academy, Ramadan Al-Madani, and several department directors at the Academy and the Ministries of Defense and Higher Education.

In his speech,he stressed the necessity for cooperation between civil and military institutions, underscoring the significance of enhancing the efficiency of military members. Dabaiba noted the ongoing process of construction and reconstruction across cities and regions, including the development of military personnel through the graduation of the first batch of the Command and Staff College.

On his part, Al-Haddad praised the collaboration between the Academy of Graduate Studies and the Command and Staff College. He voiced appreciation for the successful collaboration, leading to the graduation of the first batch, which contributed to building the military institution based on scientific principles. The ceremony concluded with the awarding of graduation certificates to the students.
