Russian opposition leader Alexey Navalny’s mother Lyudmila Navalnaya filed a lawsuit at the Salekhard City Court regarding the officials’ refusal to release her son’s body, TASS reported on Wednesday.
“The complaint was received about illegal actions and decisions. [The consideration] is scheduled for March 4, a closed court hearing,” the media added citing court officials.
