The nonprofit organization World Central Kitchen (WCK) confirmed Tuesday that the first 200 tons of food had set sail from Cyprus to Gaza on an NGO’s Open Arms boat.
In a post on social media platform X, WCK said the humanitarian aid shipping included rice, flour, legumes, canned veggies and proteins while noting “working” on sending as “many aid boats as possible.”
