On a day typically celebrated by Couples and often picked for proposals and engagements, artist Shery Adel, made a different kind of announcement. She announced her separation from fellow artist Tariq Sabry through a story on her Instagram account.
Shery Adel and Tariq Sabry tied the knot in October 2022, making their separation especially notable given the brief duration of their marriage. Rumours about their divorce had been circulating since last October, fueled by Adel’s action of deleting all their shared photos from her Instagram account. This included photos from their marriage contract signing and their honeymoon trip in the Maldives. Despite this, Shery Adel, continued to follow Tariq’s account, which retained a small number of their shared photos. It was observed that other photo albums posted on the two accounts, which depicted the couple together, were completely removed.
