Spain’s coronavirus death toll rose by 435 on Wednesday to reach 21,717, the country’s health authorities stated.
The total number of coronavirus cases in the country now stands at 209,706 with 5,528 new infections confirmed in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the number of recovered patients stands at 85,915.
