Spain and the United Kingdom reached on Thursday an understanding of the status of the border between the Iberian country and the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar hours before the end of the post-Brexit transition period.
Spaniards that operate in Gibraltar will be capable to access the territory freely. Meanwhile, Gibraltarians will be allowed to access Spain and other European countries without border checks
