Three children were discovered killed inside their home in Egypt after their mother had attempted to end her life by throwing herself in front of a tractor in the middle of the street.
The mother was found in a coma and had a 10-cm midsection injury and was taken to Minya Al-Nasr Hospital and then to Mansoura International Hospital.
When the authorities reached the scene, they found the bodies of three children, the youngest of whom was four months old and the oldest of whom was nine.
Inquiries are still ongoing.
