A foreign passenger was apprehended on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Tunis-Carthage airport in possession of more than 750 grams of cocaine concealed in 51 capsules. Customs officers found the capsules filled with this substance in sensitive places in his anatomy.
The passenger in question was arrested for the opening of an in-depth inquiry by the competent authorities to look into this matter further, according to a radio station.
