- Be completely vaccinated: To be considered fully vaccinated, a traveller must have received the vaccine – or combination of vaccines – accepted by the Government of Canada at least 14 days before entering Canada: Pfizer -BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca / COVISHIELD, and Janssen (Johnson & Johnson).
- Have a solid COVID-19 molecular test result conducted prior to arrival, no later than 72 hours before the programmed departure time of their flight to Canada (antigen testing is not accepted), OR Proof of a positive COVID-19 molecular test taken at least 14 and no more than 180 days before the scheduled flight departure time to Canada.
- Be asymptomatic. Offer mandatory information through the ArriveCAN application, including proof of vaccination in English or French; travellers are additionally encouraged to have a printed copy of their proof of Covid vaccination.
- Be properly documented under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. Perform a test on arrival, if necessary.
Tunisair added that foreigners who are not completely vaccinated continue to be subject to COVID travel restrictions and must meet an exemption under the decree.

In addition, fully vaccinated foreign nationals attempting to enter Canada for discretionary (non-essential) purposes must submit their data and proof of vaccination (PVC) through the ArriveCAN portal and BEFORE boarding their flights to Canada. .
As a reminder, all travellers must complete a test within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time of their flight to Canada.
