The Hijri New Year will coincide this year with Thursday, August 20 or Friday, August 21, 2020, depending on the lunar observation according to the Mufti of the Republic.

The agents of the State, local communities and public administrative establishments will benefit from a single day of leave, either Thursday or next Friday, indicated the Ministry of Public Service, Governance and Fight against Corruption .
