Helath Minister Abdellatif Mekki presided over the inauguration of the emergency department in regional hospital at Hayreddin, among the attendees was El Kram Mayor Fathi Laâyouni.
Mekki joked with Laâyouni telling him “Don’t Create a El Kram republic” in reference to the controversy created by Laâyouni who said that he wasn’t informed about the head of the state visit to the region.Laayouni said the president had outright violated the constitution by neglecting the entire 7th chapter on the local authority.
