Academic and film critic Tarek Ben Chaabane has been appointed head of the Tunisian Cinematheque as Director, succeeding his predecessor, Hichem Ben Ammar.
This appointment was announced on August 26, 2020 by the National Center for Cinema and Image (CNCI), in a press release published on the centre’s official page.
