Tunisia-Agreement to adopt a joint health protocol during travel between Tunisia and Libya, beginning next Saturday

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs declared that it was agreed with the Libyan side, on a shared formula for a health protocol, which incorporates a set of measures that need to be followed by citizens of the two nations in order to prevent COVID-19 during their movement between the two countries.

This protocol comprises practical measures to facilitate the movement of travellers and the exchange of goods and services between the two countries through Ras Jadir and Dehiba-Wazen crossing borders.

 

The Ministry likewise confirmed that communications are still continuing between the responsible authorities in the two countries in order to resume flights.

The adopted protocols will take effect beginning Saturday, November 14.
