Former judge at the Administrative Court, Ahmed Souab announced that the decree issued by the President of the Republic, yesterday, to rectify certain mistakes in the draft of the New constitution relates to 46 points including primary rectifications which altered the Constitution already published in the JORT on June 30.
Souab estimated in a statement made to Mosaique FM, that to confirm its independence, the ISIE must consider that this new text was published after the legal deadlines or that it is beginning a new referendum campaign since the adjustments could cause changes in position among voters.
