Prime minister Elyes Fakhfakh is behind the dismissal of former Director-general of Primary Health Care Chokri Hamouda and other competencies as their presence does not fall under the framework of functions compromises, stressed attorney Abdessamad Yahyaoui in a statement to Tunisie Numérique.
