Mr Molhi accused the dean of lawyers Ibrahim Bouderbala of protecting the gang and removing the regional director of lawyers syndicate in Kef Samir Ben Chaaban to stop exposing the corruption files related to these lawyers.
Our speaker pointed out that Bouderbala appointed Leila Ben Touati as the new head of the regional branch without any legal basis, considering that this assignment was made by force.
He likewise accused the attorney general of Kef Court of Appeal of covering up the complaints presented to him, which is what urges him and other lawyers who attempt to expose the corruption files in the region and submit complaints to the attorney general of the Court of Appeal in Tunis.
“This gang allied with Ibrahim Bou Bouderbala to cover up, lander and disperse corruption.”
He also accused some of those who represent the judicial authority of inaction and trying to hide the truth, accentuating the necessity to replace the employees of the Court of Appeal in Kef, particularly the President of the Court and the Public Prosecutor of the Court.
