The agents of the national security post of Marsa, Carthage district arrested 8 Tunisians and 9 sub-Saharans following a dispute.
A security source said Tunisians stole the bag of a sub-Saharan resident in the region, which sparked the dispute. The sub-Saharan therefore appealed to his friends and a dispute broke out between the two clans until the intervention of the police.
