The president of the Independent Higher Authority for Elections, Farouk Bouasker oversaw, this Sunday, December 24, the draw for candidates with disabilities for local councils, at the Olympic hall in Sousse, then moved to the office of voting to fulfil his electoral duty.
Bouasker subsequently stated that no electoral crimes were committed by the candidates during the electoral campaign except for some minor excesses.
