ISIE president Farouk Bouasker has revealed, in a press briefing, that 1,059,004 people voted in the first round of the local elections, thus recording a participation rate of 11.66%.
Bouasker, nevertheless, added that this figure will be updated at the end of the automatic counting of votes.
