The head of Tunisia’s Bar Association Ibrahim Bouderbala unveiled that many attorneys who have passed away for years are still registered as non-practising lawyers, adding and that it is no longer possible to control practising and non-practising lawyers in order to ” update the registration lists.
In an interview with a private radio station on Thursday, November 11, 2021, he stated that the laws in force governing the sector are quite incomplete and do not enable the sector to be organized.
