The health ministry announced on Monday night that the infection tally has hit 272.940 after reporting 1079 new cases on April 11.
During the same time, there have been 39 deaths, bringing the death toll to 9.332.
Meanwhile, the recovery increased by 1163 to 226 070.
2105 hospitalisations were recorded on the same date, including 415 in intensive care units and 139 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
