The criminal chamber of the Tunis Court of First Instance convicted businessman Chafik Jarraya to 10 years in prison.
Jarraya was sentenced in 4 cases reporting to the forgery of contracts for the sale of confiscated goods.
Prison sentences between 5 and 10 years were further pronounced against 3 officials within the municipality of Marsa in the framework of the same case.
