Tunis Governor Chedly Bouallegue said on Thursday, October 8, 2020, that wearing a mask reduces the risk of contamination by the coronavirus to 70%, hence the obligation to wear it.
Speaking to Shems FM, Bouallegue indicated that the application of the measures decreed by the commission to fight against natural disasters, in particular, the curfew and the ban on chairs and tables in cafes will have positive results with regard to limiting the spread of the virus.
All offenders will be punished, the governor told the same source.
