In a statement to Tunisie Numérique, Head of the National Authority for Assessment and Accreditation in Healthcare”INEAS” Chokri Hamouda revealed that researches have proven that COVID-19 generates new symptoms such as infection of various body organs, a statement that contradicts the early statement that states that virus only attacks the respiratory system.
Hammouda revealed that doctors and the Ministry are operating on this point to be capable to subdue infections as this virus affect the nerve and cause a loss of the sense of smell and taste.
He urged people to follow doctors instruction.
